BRE is embracing the potential of Artificial Intelligence to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and make better use of our technical knowledge. We are looking for a Graduate AI Solutions Developer to join our innovative team and support the practical adoption of AI across the organisation.
In this role, you will help identify promising AI use cases, test tools with different teams, and support the implementation of AI‑driven processes. You will also produce clear user guidance, gather feedback, and track the impact of new solutions to ensure they deliver real value.
You’ll be a recent graduate (or soon to graduate) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related discipline. You should be curious about AI technologies, enjoy problem‑solving, and be eager to work collaboratively with teams across the organisation. Clear communication and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance are key to success in this role.

Fully Remote – This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK. There will be occasional travel to our Watford office, typically once or twice per quarter.
