  • As part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will carry out clinical care duties for patients, in support of the CC/NP and other relevant professional practitioners, where appropriate.
  • This role has a mix of clinical and administrative duties.
  • The Clinical Coordination (CC) Team make informed decisions regarding patient capacity, safety and appropriate required staffing levels and offer expert support ensuring the smooth running of Children’s Services 24/7.
