A financial services provider in England is seeking a Governance and Reporting Lead to oversee critical reporting and insight for executive stakeholders. In this dynamic role, you will lead a small team while providing governance support, managing performance insights, and ensuring accuracy in reports. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data effectively, alongside relevant governance experience. The Governance & Reporting team is central to supporting the safe and effective management of our operational business units. The team own our governance framework, manage reporting to Customer Services & Operations Leadership Team, Board and Executive level stakeholders and coordinate meaningful insight to drive effective decision making. This role is pivotal in leading a small team of Specialists in owning our Customer Services & Operations and wider Group reporting, coordinating functional goals / priorities, overseeing cost/budgets, and driving business insight. No two days are the same, as we operate flexibly to support ever‑changing business and customer needs.
