A leading energy company in Warwick seeks a Governance Lead to enhance governance in Operations. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary between £48,000 and £57,000 per annum, alongside bonuses and benefits including a contributory pension scheme. You will manage governance frameworks, compliance, and support audits, requiring experience in governance roles within the energy sector and strong communication skills.
National Grid Interconnectors is at the heart of UK's transition to our net zero energy future. We operate a number of HVDC Interconnectors that connect the UK's energy system to some of our closest neighbours, allowing energy to be imported to and exported from the UK.
As well as already owning a portfolio of HVDC Interconnectors, we're working on developing new projects to ensure that we are able to meet the UK's future demands for greener energy solutions.
We are currently recruiting for a Governance Lead to sit within our Change and Controls team at National Grid Ventures.
As Governance Lead, the role has broad accountability for a range of business management practices such as document and information management, risk management, programme management and change management. Your role will be focused on delivering ensuring that we have the appropriate processes and governance in place to ensure decisions are consistently taken at the right level and with the right pace across the business as well as there still being lots of opportunity to get involved across the team and the wider department.
The role is a hybrid role with our office based in Warwick, we'd hope to see you in 2 days per week and you're welcome to be in the office more often if that would work best for you.
A competitive salary between £48,000 - £57,000 per annum - dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
