Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company in St Albans is seeking a Production Technician to execute manufacturing activities in a GMP environment. The successful candidate will set up and operate Pilot Plant equipment and support both new and existing product development projects. A relevant degree and proven experience in a GMP facility are required for this role, along with the ability to work effectively within scientific teams.

Qualifications

• Proven industry experience in working within a GMP facility.
• A working knowledge and practical experience with multi-disciplinary scientific teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and operate Oral solid dose Pilot Plant equipment.
• Execute batch sheet instructions and record their completion to GMP standards.
• Support the scale-up, production, and technical transfer of pharmaceutical products.
• Support installation, validation, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment.

Education

Relevant degree in chemical processing, pharmaceutical science or related discipline
