At JLL, we are driving sustainability through everything that we do, across all service lines and job positions. Specifically, we are growing our sustainability practice to drive end-to-end sustainability solutions in real estate, from site selection to decommissioning.
In this role, you will work directly with one of our high-profile clients. As the leader of the JLL Sustainable Operations Team, you will develop a deep knowledge of the needs of our client’s program ensuring they are capturing JLL’s full suite of sustainability services. You will act as an accelerator and collaborator within JLL services, enabling our client to increase engagement across stakeholders and progress towards goals. You will ensure sustainability integration across business functions throughout the real estate lifecycle and influence behavioral changes required to achieve scope of work delivery and goals. This role requires a programmatic approach to embed sustainability thinking and practices into space selection, fit-outs, occupancy, operations, maintenance, and experience.
This position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence and site visits periodically.
Candidate must have the ability to influence senior stakeholders, as they will be tasked with creating value added solutions for our client. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and present executive level business cases. The role requires regular interaction with account leadership, clients, service providers, operational and support staff and will be part of a fast-paced environment consistently charged with handling multiple demands and priorities. The candidate must be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, effectively manage through stressful situations, and consistently make high-quality decisions. Candidate must have superb people management and documentation skills and deliver thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks. The role is critical to the success of the client relationship in driving energy & environmental performance management, risk mitigation and process improvement.
