Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients.
• Assist Directors & Partners in providing Tax compliance services.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery.

Skills

Ability to advise on tax treatment of share options

In-depth knowledge of EMI and ESS

Expertise on split interest arrangements

Experience in share valuations and liaison with HMRC

Staff management and mentoring

Understanding of accounting and employment law implications

Experience dealing directly with clients

Education

Educated to degree level (LLB preferred)

CTA/ATT/ACA qualified or equivalent
