A global learning provider is seeking a strategic Global Revenue Operations Leader to design and scale operational systems supporting revenue generation. Overseeing CRM and systems integrations, this role demands 10+ years of experience in revenue operations and proven GTM strategy implementation. The position offers a competitive salary of £130,000 - £140,000 with bonuses and a hybrid working model, requiring three days a week in the London office.

We are looking for a strategic, hands‑on global revenue operations leader to partner directly with the CEO and regional revenue leads. You will be responsible for designing, owning, and scaling the operational backbone that supports all revenue‑generation activities globally.
This is a newly created role established following the acquisition of another organisation. The successful candidate will initially lead this function directly, as a stand‑alone position, with the expectation of building and developing a dedicated team over time.
★ Full‑time, permanent position
★ Basic salary range of ca £130,000 – £140,000 (+ bonus)
★ Hybrid working model – 3 days a week in London office (more if preferred)
