About FOLD

FOLD Reformer is redefining how people experience Pilates at home. Our foldable, beautifully designed Pilates bed is made for modern life — engineered for movement, built for belonging.

We’re more than just a product. We’re a platform for feel‑good movement, connection and creativity. With a growing community and global ambitions, we’re building something special and expanding into new markets at pace. This role will be key in supporting our international reach and success.

The Role

We’re looking for a Global Distributor & Retail Manager to own and grow our worldwide sales channels. You’ll build strong, long‑term relationships with distributors, ensuring they are supported, aligned to the brand, and set up to drive sales in their region. Alongside this, you’ll lead our presence on retail marketplaces — onboarding new partners, rolling out new SKUs, and finding creative ways to scale visibility and performance.

This is a highly collaborative role, working across operations, marketing and leadership teams to deliver consistent commercial growth and a premium customer experience. You’ll be a confident communicator who enjoys problem‑solving, relationship building and seeing results come to life in new markets.

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing day‑to‑day relationships with global distributors, supporting their needs and keeping them aligned with the brand
  • Driving sales targets and quarterly performance reviews across partnered territories
  • Supporting distributors with activations, training, POS and local events to maximise brand presence
  • Leading onboarding and management of retail marketplace partners (UK, EU + International)
  • Ensuring product listings, SKUs, RRPs and assets are always up to date and consistent
  • Identifying new distribution opportunities and onboarding processes for growth markets
  • Working closely with logistics and operations to support fulfilment, stocking and delivery performance across regions
  • Producing performance reports and insights that support commercial decision‑making
  • Ensuring global partners deliver the best‑in‑class customer experience associated with FOLD
What we’re looking for
  • 3+ years’ experience in account management, distributor management or global sales (DTC or consumer products ideal)
  • Experience working with marketplace platforms or retailers (Amazon, Decathlon, etc.)
  • Exceptional communicator with strong influencing and relationship‑building skills
  • Commercial mindset with an eye for opportunities and performance growth
  • Confident navigating data, reporting tools and working cross‑functionally
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable with the pace of a high‑growth start‑up
  • UK-based with regular access to London HQ, and willingness to travel internationally
