Join us as a Global Reconciliation Services Analyst, where you will be shaping the future of Banking at Barclays, by supporting the Global Reconciliations (GRS) team provide reporting coverage across all legal entities and service areas wherever GRS supports from a reconciliation perspective. In this role you will be supporting the team by conducting Data Flow Analysis.

To be successful as a Global Reconciliation Services Analyst, you should have experience with:

  • Good Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrable experience in Data Flow Analysis.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

  • Experience of ALS Mortgage systems.
  • Exposure to Barclay's Lending Platforms.

This role is based in Northampton.

Purpose of the role

To support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.

Accountabilities
  • Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
  • Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
  • Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes.
  • Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations.
  • Participation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
