A leading cybersecurity company is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist in Greater London to manage immigration and relocation processes for EMEA. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in global mobility, demonstrating knowledge of immigration processes and exceptional project management skills. The role involves collaborating with various internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance and improving processes. This position is full-time and requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This role could be based out of our UK location. The position will focus primarily on EMEA Immigration and Relocation needs with a heavy emphasis on immigration.
Ideal candidate would be a subject matter expert in all things Global Mobility (Immigration and relocation; tax is a plus). However its important you are a team player who can adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment to be successful. Project management skills are strongly encouraged.
Serve as point of contact for day-to-day questions regarding immigration relocation and processes from internal stakeholders (foreign nationals HR Talent Acquisition Legal and managers). Youll be a key member of a global team collaborating daily with Global Mobility & Immigration (GMI) partners in other regions to align on best practices leverage collective knowledge and drive a cohesive global strategy. Come to the team with an open mind and ideas to improve the global mobility program. Most importantly have fun while working hard.
