Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design Lead for product direction and seasonal briefs.
• Ensure timelines for range line sheets and tech packs are met.
• Conduct in-depth research on global retail trends and opportunities.
• Work on coordinated looks and trends through the design process.
• Coach junior designers and identify training needs.

Skills

CAD software proficiency (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PLM)

Design expertise aligned with brand vision

Strong understanding of fabric, fit, and garment makeup
