A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Global Marketing Lead for Women’s Health based in Addlestone, UK. This role involves driving brand strategy, co-creating operational plans, and collaborating across affiliates. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, strong marketing competencies, and the ability to lead cross-functionally. As the Global Marketing Lead for Women’s Health you will be reporting directly to the Global Strategic Brand Lead and be responsible for representing the Established Region during co‑creation of brand strategy and above‑country tactics and for supporting affiliates to localise strategy and tactics to ensure continuous and optimal brand growth.
