About the role

The Global Beauty Tech Incubator Team ("No7 Beauty X" team) sits within the No7 Beauty Company's marketing function. Our mission is to empower every woman to achieve their beauty goals through ideation of omni‑channel experiences that enhance our product portfolio.

We are looking for an agile and dynamic Global Innovation Manager adept at navigating the intersection of beauty and technology while keeping a firm grip on market trends and insights to support No7BC product development.

In this very exciting role, you will not only lead strategic Beauty Tech incubation programs, fueling our Beauty Tech pipeline with your vast amount of ideas, enabling market test and learn programmes, but also feed your market expertise into the 3YP brand product pipelines to ensure relevancy to our growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fuel Beauty Tech incubator pipeline through ideation and validation of initiatives based on consumer desirability, market, technical feasibility and commercial viability.
  • Lead end‑to‑end incubator pipeline from ideation through to development and delivery using data‑driven insights to evaluate and report to stakeholders on the effectiveness of trials for business scale‑up and growth.
  • Partner with external tech specialists to conceptualise, develop, and test consumer‑facing trials rapidly across our brand portfolio.
What you’ll need to have

We are looking for someone who has an in‑depth knowledge of the beauty market with a genuine passion for beauty and skincare, and a relentless drive to discover new solutions to consumer challenges and unmet needs.

Ability to translate innovative ideas into commercially successful propositions with a natural curiosity and self‑drive that enables you to explore ideas from discovery to conception and beyond is required.
