We are looking for a Global GTM Onboarding Program Manager to join our Sales Enablement team.

The Opportunity

The Global GTM Onboarding Program Manager will play a critical role in the success of our go-to-market (GTM) organization. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing a world-class onboarding program for all new GTM hires, including Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to program management, content creation, and facilitation.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop a comprehensive, scalable, and globally consistent onboarding program for all new GTM hires.
  • Define learning objectives, curriculum, and success metrics for the onboarding program.
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to align onboarding content with business priorities and GTM strategies.
  • Content Development & Management:
  • Create and maintain engaging and relevant training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises.
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organization (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales Engineering) to ensure content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage and organize all onboarding content within our learning management system (LMS) and enablement platforms.
  • Program Execution & Facilitation:
  • Plan and execute onboarding bootcamps, workshops, and virtual training sessions on a regular cadence.
  • Facilitate live training sessions, both in-person and virtual, ensuring a high level of engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period, providing guidance and support.
  • Measurement & Optimization:
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding effectiveness, such as time to becoming “fully operational”
  • Gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders to continuously improve the onboarding program.
  • Use data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and present findings to leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with GTM Recruiting, HR, and GTM Operations to ensure a seamless and positive new hire experience from offer letter to first deal.
  • Collaborate with regional enablement managers to localize and adapt global onboarding content as needed.
  • Support global events like Annual Leadership Summit and Sales Kickoff
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a similar role, with at least 2 years focused on GTM onboarding.
  • Proven track record of designing, building, and executing global onboarding programs from the ground up.
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and GTM roles (e.g., SDR, AE, SE, CSM).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging training content using various tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Articulate Rise/Storyline, Camtasia).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic, Highspot, Showpad).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure program effectiveness.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • 40% travel for in-person training sessions and company events.
