About the Role

The eCommerce Retail Media Lead supports the Global Head of eCommerce Retail Media in developing and scaling best-in-class ecommerce retail media capabilities across markets. You will elevate retail media maturity by driving excellence in eCommerce media, focusing on global retailers, and ensuring the adoption of paid search best practices using tools like Pacvue, Criteo, and Citrus. Your role includes providing hands-on support to improve campaign strategies, building a repository of learnings, and supporting future retail media capabilities.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist market teams and agencies in optimizing retail media campaigns, especially paid search on platforms like Pacvue, Criteo, and Citrus.
  2. Create a global test & learn agenda for paid search, supporting markets in planning and scaling these initiatives.
  3. Develop and evolve global best practices and productivity levers for paid search across key retailers.
  4. Accelerate market adoption of retail media tools through training, playbooks, and collaboration with Global IT&D teams.
  5. Support the development of innovative retail media solutions to foster growth and productivity.
  6. Build a centralized repository of case studies and best practices from various markets.
  7. Design e-learning modules to scale retail media knowledge across the organization.
Experience Required
  • Proven experience managing eCommerce paid search campaigns in CPG, media agencies, or adtech, with a performance track record.
  • Hands-on experience with planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns on Amazon and other retailer media platforms.
  • Experience with retail media tools like Pacvue, Criteo, and Citrus, understanding their capabilities.
  • Knowledge of retail media DSPs and data clean rooms is a plus.
  • Stakeholder management experience is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A consistent record of high performance or outperformance.
