Job summary

A foreign-owned specialty parts firm in Greater London is seeking a project coordinator to manage communications between clients and factories. The role involves verifying samples, updating cost tables, and ensuring the timely issuance of purchase orders. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients. Working hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and the location is central London.

Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with factories and clients on all project-related matters.
  • Ensure timely follow-up to avoid delays in the project timeline.
