Job summary

A leading packaging company is seeking a customer-focused individual for a full-time remote role managing key POS accounts across Europe. This multifaceted position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure compliance with targets. Successful candidates will demonstrate experience in client management, especially within FMCG, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to resolve issues independently. Regular travel to meet clients will be required.

About the role

Following a successful pan-European 3D POS win we have a fabulous opportunity for a process driven customer focused individual to come and be part of this amazing team!

Working with a wide range of internal stakeholders and key CBU customers on a pan-European basis you will use your skill and experience to work with our clients on the implementation and on-going governance of key POS accounts. This is a multi-market client facing role and needs someone with skills in delivering customer excellence.

A dual function role you will manage the POS account centrally and also ensure local site compliance to key targets; monitoring the progress of client requests and help drive solutions as required. This role will involve building key relationships both externally and internally to ensure all Client KPIs are exceeded.

Attention to detail is a must with proven ability to track and monitor key commercial innovation and sustainability targets across multiple regions on a regular basis. Ability to implement a clear reporting process and governance across all regions power BI knowledge would be useful.

You will be home-based but will be required to travel to meet customers and teams at our sites.

About you

Proven success knowledge and experience in central client management within FMCG Retail experience desirable

Ability to work independently & remotely with regular travel as needed

Excellent communication and stakeholder management with ability to collaborate and develop strong relationships with both internal and external partners

Capable of issue resolution independently

3D POS expertise ability to read and understand technical specifications to deliver excellence in service

Process driven with attention to detail and ability to build and manage clear focused reporting across multiple areas.
