Location: London, Arbor
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Global Brand Partnerships Manager plays a key role in shaping how our brand comes to life. You will support the creation of standout brand collaborations that enhance relevance, deepen guest engagement, and contribute to overall brand equity.
In this hands‑on, creative‑commercial role, you will assist in identifying, developing, and managing brand partnerships that amplify our IPs, strengthen our brand story, and deliver measurable value. You will support the full partnership lifecycle—from opportunity mapping and prospecting to pitching and ongoing account management—ensuring each collaboration aligns with strategic priorities and is executed with both creative quality and commercial rigor.
You will also help deliver engaging brand experiences, working closely with Brand Activation, Creative, Marketing, PR, Operations, and external partners to ensure partnerships are executed seamlessly and on brand.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years’ experience in partnerships, sponsorships, brand collaborations, or commercial marketing, ideally within entertainment, leisure, tourism, FMCG, media, or lifestyle sectors.
Proven experience supporting the development and delivery of brand partnerships, including outreach, activation planning, and account management.
Strong commercial understanding, with experience contributing to negotiation, budgeting, and deal support.
Experienced in collaborating with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders across creative, marketing, operations, and commercial functions.
Familiarity with IP‑led brands, entertainment destinations, or themed environments is a plus.
Experience in global or multi‑market environments is desirable.
