Overview
Global Alliance Manager (GAM) for Infosys in North America. Manage partnerships within the partner ecosystem, drive alliance management, services sales and partner-based selling. Responsible for growing Infosys' partner ecosystem, executing grow-in-market strategies, developing a partner-led pipeline, and negotiating deals in support of the company’s growing business with partners.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall business plan for growth through strategic alliances and channel partners.
- Support the Alliance Manager in various responsibilities, including reporting, monthly business reviews/updates, and workshops.
- Lead and generate new business, win large deals by managing Partner Programs.
- Manage, grow, and nurture existing partner relationships.
- Support activities with Resellers and Distributors (creation of BOQs, Deal IDs, Deal Registrations, Quotations, etc.).
- Collaborate with Sales to close more deals by leveraging partners.
- Create opportunities by aligning specific solutions, GTM plans, and account engagement across Partners sales and Internal Sales teams.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Product Integrations, IT and Engineering, Solutions Consultants, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, Account Management) for cross-departmental alignment.
- Develop joint sales opportunities with select partners and define programs to increase revenue.
- Support negotiations and sales efforts with prospective partners and clients.
- Accountable for partner revenues and ongoing partner upkeep including sales enablement and training.
- Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities with Sales & Account Management.
- Represent Infosys at industry and partner events; establish and report on partner metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; 13+ years of experience in sales/relationship/account management, with a willingness to consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
- Strong sales/relationship management experience and ability to define and execute growth through strategic alliances and channel partners.
- Experience supporting and managing partner activities, reporting, and regular business reviews.
- Proven track record in leading and generating new business and closing large deals via Partner Programs.
- Experience managing reseller and distributor relationships and related deal intake processes (BOQ, Deal IDs, Registrations, Quotations).
- Ability to work with Sales to close more deals through partner leverage; cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.
- Strong skills in developing GTM plans, account engagement, and cross-functional alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to engage senior-level decision makers worldwide.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate across the organization.

Estimated annual salary range for this role will be $118,000 to $217,219.
