The Global Account Manager will be working to deliver best-in-class media services for a globally renowned FMCG brand
Essity is a leading global FMCG company, specialising in hygiene and health, with its headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. The company develops, manufactures, and sells products and solutions within hygiene and health. The products portfolio includes tissue paper, baby diapers, feminine care, incontinence care and many more.
This role requires an ambitious self-starter who is looking to thrive within a dynamic and integrated global account team
The Global Account Manager plays an integral role within the Essity Global Account team, supporting the day-to-day delivery and operation of best-in-class media services to the Essity global headquarters across its portfolio of brands and markets.
You will own the relationship with local agency teams and client team, ensuring the smooth delivery of multiple operational projects and co-ordinate ongoing global team outputs.
This role is fast paced, and we are looking for a self-starter with strong project management skills, an interest in data and analytics, and a positive and energetic attitude.
The right candidate will be able to work closely to (and receiving great exposure to) various teams and stakeholders giving her/him the opportunity to learn across agency functions and be part of multiple exciting projects. This will, ultimately, help define their career path within the agency group.
Serve as a main point of contact for day-to-day operations, addressing account queries, providing troubleshooting solutions for local markets, and managing client requests efficiently
Lead and contribute to weekly internal and client-facing status calls, coordinating updates from various teams to ensure smooth communication and project progression
Assist in creating client-facing presentations and internal templates to effectively communicate strategies, plans, and updates
Manage upwards to ensure your team are aware of key workstreams, updates or challenges
Collaborate with the Business Director, Strategic Director in the global strategy guidelines, contributing to strategic development and execution
Market Coordination & Network Management : Key point of contact for local agency teams across markets , supported by the Global Account Director
Work with local market teams to share relevant information and ensure understanding & adoption of global strategies
Ensure market calls run smoothly and to collate and distribute feedback and media plans
Support Global Account Director in ensuring local markets are following the Global strategy and executing best in class plans at a local level
Support junior team members in reviewing and auditing media plans, ensuring accuracy in spending, data, and campaign naming
Reporting
Ability to understand a media plan and be the conduit between local teams and global clients
Oversee the tracking and aggregation of data across for analysis (media plans)
Oversee competitive reporting for assigned categories
Managing finance queries and reconciliation reporting
