A specialist contractor in the UK is seeking a Geotechnical Technical Sales Engineer to support growth in the Bristol region. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and a full UK driving licence. Responsibilities include working with the engineering team on solutions, managing client relationships, and providing technical support throughout the sales process. This is a home-based position with flexible travel to client sites.

Location: Bristol (Home-based with flexible travel to client sites)
Salary: £50,000 basic + Car or Allowance + Bonus + Package
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a consultancy specialising in Geotechnical Engineering, with a strong and growing presence across the residential and commercial markets. Their clients range from property developers and housing associations to loss adjusters, insurance companies and private homeowners, with a diverse workload across the UK.
Due to increasing demand, a new position has been created to strengthen support for clients in the Bristol region. You will act as the interface between the client and the engineering/design teams, identifying ground-related issues, understanding site conditions, and ensuring the correct technical solutions are developed.
This position requires someone who is both technically minded and commercially aware, with the ability to build trusted relationships. You will enjoy working directly with clients to diagnose problems, discuss geotechnical challenges, and coordinate with engineers to produce appropriate remediation or ground improvement solutions. You will be supported by technical specialists with deep expertise in advanced ground treatment methods.
