Geotechnical Engineer Dartford 35,000

A new opportunity has opened in Dartford for Geotechnical Engineer.

The successful Geotechnical Engineer will be working on a variety of different projects carrying out work on site and in the office. You will have the chance to work for a large ground investigation consultancy who specialise in rail and large infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Ground investigation design
• Slope stability reports
• Phase 1 and 2 report writing
• Risk assessments
• Core logging
• Soil sampling and in situ sampling
• Mentor and share skills with junior engineers, and gain experience from senior and principal engineers

Qualifications

• Hold a geology/geotechnical engineering degree
• Experience with geotechnical report writing
• Leadership skills
• Live within a commutable distance from the Dartford office
• Hold a full UK driving licence
