What’s the role?

  • You believe every child can shine—with the right encouragement.

  • You’re a great communicator, happy to collaborate with staff, chat with parents, and connect with pupils.

  • You adapt easily, bring fresh ideas, and always keep it inclusive.

  • You’ve got that magical mix of patience, passion, and playfulness.

Why join Protocol Education?

  • You’ll get your very own consultant.

  • Flexible working to suit your life—not the other way around.

  • Friendly, down-to-earth support every step of the way.

  • Competitive pay that reflects your experience and skills.
