A healthcare provider in Warwickshire is seeking a General Practitioner to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. The role involves working within a supportive multi-disciplinary team and following a total triage system. Applicants must be GMC registered and have experience in primary care. This is a permanent position offering competitive sessions across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive clinical services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, referral, and ongoing management.
Undertake a range of clinical activities including face-to-face consultations, telephone and online appointments.
Adhere to the practices total triage system, ensuring patients are managed by the most appropriate clinician.
Deliver care in line with current best practice, clinical policies, NICE guidance, and national standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the practices clinical systems.
Participate in practice clinical governance processes, including audit, significant event analysis, and quality improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the training, supervision, and support of colleagues, including students, trainees, and members of the multi-disciplinary team.
Engage with education and research opportunities aligned to the practices ethos of innovation and continuous improvement.
Provide clinical input into practice meetings and service development initiatives.
Maintain full registration with the GMC and comply with revalidation, appraisal, and CPD requirements.
Work in accordance with the GMCs Good Medical Practice and the duties of a doctor.
Maintain professional indemnity cover appropriate to the role.
Adhere to all relevant practice policies, procedures, and protocols, including safeguarding, confidentiality, and information governance.
