Overview

Location: beachfront setting. We are looking for a Salaried GP to work 6-8 sessions a week, though this can be flexible.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salaried GP to be part of our current forward thinking team. Opportunities for innovation, service development and quality improvement initiatives make this an exciting position for the right candidate. You will be working in a purpose built building, working with EMIS Web with Anima, Docman, Iplato and digital dictation. We have an excellent Advanced Care Practitioner and Advanced Paramedic Practitioner (both prescribing) hand picked to join our team. They, along with support from a PCN home visiting service, cover the majority of requests we have for home visits. All this and dedicated back office staff all complementing the wider team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as a Salaried GP across the workload expected (6-8 sessions per week, flexible).
• Engage in opportunities for service development, innovation, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Work within a team using EMIS Web with Anima, Docman, Iplato and digital dictation.
• Collaborate with Advanced Care Practitioner and Advanced Paramedic Practitioner, and PCN home visiting services to cover home visit requests.
• Contribute to maintaining good work life balance within the practice and support professional development.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Salary GP position with flexibility on sessions (6-8 per week).
• Motivated and enthusiastic candidate with forward thinking approach.
• Experience with EMIS Web and related systems (Anima, Docman, Iplato) is desirable.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team including Advanced Care Practitioner and Advanced Paramedic Practitioner; willingness to participate in PCN home visiting support.
