Job Type: Full Time

This role requires an inspirational leader with proven flair and commercial ability, as well as the skill, energy, and determination to drive and develop the business. We're looking for a manager with experience in developing standards and reputation of a new gym, nurturing a growing membership base and team.

The Role:

1. To inspirationally lead and manage the day-to-day running of the gym.
2. To lead and deliver the commercial performance of the business.
3. To lead and deliver operational excellence of the gym.
4. To deliver the set KPIs.
5. To recruit, train, and develop their own team and lead them to success.

The Candidate:

1. Must have a proven and successful track record of management experience within a leisure-related industry.
2. Must be passionate about customer service and be an inspirational leader in management.
3. Must have a proven track record in driving sales, coordinating local marketing activity, and managing a successful team.
4. Experience as a General Manager overseeing all business areas within a leisure facility or substantial experience as a Fitness Manager or similar role is preferred.
