We're looking for a General Manager for a food-led, community pub in Witham. Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Saxon Arms is a food-led community pub which has been converted into our exciting new '2 Door' pub concept, giving guests the choice of family friendly dining or a locals-feel bar area with sports viewing.

The pub serves a traditional community pub food menu and features Sky Sports and TNT through the pub. There is also darts, pool and an interactive media system for putting on events and entertainment, such as bingo, karaoke and quizzes. The Saxon Arms currently averages weekly sales of around £25k with a 40/60 split wet to food, there is a great opportunity for the right GM to increase sales through elevating family dining experiences and driving sports fans in when the football season is on. Outside there are 2 areas for drinking and dining, including a patio area and half patio and garden area. There is a large free car park for guests.

There is 3 bedroom accommodation available with this opportunity.
