A leading UK pub chain is seeking a General Manager for a thriving community pub in Nuneaton. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the pub, ensuring excellent customer service while driving sales through community engagement. The Crows Nest is a thriving, wet-led community pub located in Nuneaton. The pub accommodates for all needs with a raised dining area, high table bar area, pool room, darts board, and has multi TV's for Sky and TNT.
The Crows Nest benefits from a great location, surrounded by houses, nearby businesses and warehouses with hundreds more houses being built in the local area at present.
It’s situated on one of the main roads into Nuneaton, which forms part of a drinkers circuit. Key days such as Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve are massive for the pub, and it’s also popular for wakes and community events. The upcoming World Cup will also be a huge opportunity for the pub!
Currently the Crows Nest is achieving successful weekly sales of around £25,000 split 70% in favour of wet, but with scope to drive sales further through community activity and engagement, as well as driving sports viewing within the pub. There is a strong senior team in place including two Assistant Managers and an Area Lead Head Chef.
There is 3 bed accommodation available to the General Manager, with a separate entrance to the pub.
