The Role

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a General Manager. Your focus will be to lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent person-centred quality care to residents in a safe, caring and stimulating environment, while meeting regulatory requirements, professional and statutory standards, and business performance targets.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care based on best practice.
  • Recruitment, retention, and development of staff within the Home.
  • Acting as a focal point for residents, relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals involved in residents’ wellbeing.
  • Ensuring safe staffing levels are reviewed and maintained in line with occupancy and dependency.
  • Providing ongoing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team.
  • Managing costs within budgetary controls, reviewing regularly and monitoring stock.
