Candidate Requirements:

• Technical Aptitude: A CV demonstrating a mechanical mindset, a desire to learn a trade, and a focus on excellent customer service.
• Driving Record: A valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Certification: You must already hold Gas Safe registration.

Salary & Benefits

Starting Pay: £25,564 per year, with scheduled increases as you reach specific training milestones.

Post‑Training Salary: Upon successful completion of your training and support period, your base pay will rise to £44,044, plus additional performance‑based bonuses.
