Qualifications

• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs.
• Fault finding.
• Completing annual servicing visits.
• Meeting first-time fix targets.

• Focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays.

Skills

ACS & other relevant gas qualifications

Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
