Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Domestic Gas Engineer within repairs and maintenance.
• Qualified and current with ACS certification.
• Strong customer service skills, able to work sensitively in occupied homes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, breakdowns, repairs of domestic gas appliances.
• Maintain a high rate of first-time fix, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with residents, clients and colleagues.
