Gas Engineer

Permanent | Monday–Friday | 8:00–16:30

Location: Mobile – Covering Cardiff, Newport & Merthyr Tydfil

Overview

We are supporting a well-established heating and energy services provider in strengthening their engineering team. They are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to work across domestic, residential and light commercial properties, delivering high-quality installation, servicing and maintenance support.

Role Summary

As a Gas Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of heating, boiler and plumbing works across a regional patch in South Wales. This is a varied role that covers everything from routine service visits to reactive repairs and new system installations.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service and maintain domestic boilers, central heating systems and associated controls.

Carry out general plumbing tasks and diagnose system faults.

Support minor works in commercial properties where required.

Complete all work to industry standards, ensuring safety, compliance and quality.

Provide excellent customer service across residential and commercial settings.

Maintain accurate job records and communicate effectively with the wider team.

Participate in overtime as required.
