Gas Contracts Manager - Building Services

Salary: Band 13, £60,906 - £68,200 per annum

37 hours per week

Portsmouth City Council are looking for a Gas Contracts Manager to join our Compliance team within Housing, Neighbourhood and Building Services. The role has responsibility for the overall management of gas contracts, managing strategic Term Service Contracts in relation to gas repair, servicing and compliance activities. Specifically, the role has responsibility for the contract management and service delivery of the Gas Servicing, Repairs and Compliance Contract for our HRA stock of 17,000 dwellings. This role is key to ensuring gas safety across 17,000 residential dwellings and 900 corporate assets.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee gas contracts and strategic Term Service Contracts related to gas repair, servicing and compliance.

Lead contract management and service delivery for the Gas Servicing, Repairs and Compliance Contract for the HRA stock of 17,000 dwellings.

Ensure gas safety across 17,000 residential dwellings and 900 corporate assets.

Qualifications and Experience
  • ACS domestic gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)
