Role Description

Individual contributor managing Change and Initiatives across FX, Commodities and FICC securities. This role analyzes and resolves complex operational problems, provides technical support to the team, and consults on topics across functional and business support lines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational partners to identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance day-to-day processes
• Manage projects from business case to delivery, including multi-technology change projects
• Communicate daily with senior leadership to provide project updates, drive priorities and escalate technology issues
• Build relationships with the business to understand forward-looking needs that may drive operational change
• Utilise automation tools to remove manual touches and reporting
• Act as product owner for key technology in the cash settlements space, serving as a conduit between technology and operations to prioritise system enhancements
• Support operations during technology incidents, ensuring timely escalation and resolution while coordinating with technology to prevent future incidents
