Overview

Honeycomb Jobs is working with a Charitable organisation, looking to recruit a Fundraising Projects Officer. This is an office-based role, 12 month fixed-term (subject to review).

The Person; We are looking for a tech savvy, creative person to drive income and engagement through activities, special projects and general income generation.

Responsibilities

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Plan, deliver and evaluate fundraising campaigns, including appeals, donor journeys, social media fundraising and community giving.
  • Produce engaging, emotionally resonant content that is tailored to different audiences and channels.
  • Develop and test different formats and approaches to increase supporter conversion and retention.
  • Coordinate fundraising content for website, ensuring pages are user friendly.
  • Working with Brand Development Team to produce high-quality on-brand graphics, animations and digital assets using tools such as Canva and Adobe Create Suite.
  • Build and optimise email supporter journeys using CRM and email tools like MailChimp.
  • Provide regular financial and performance reports on fundraising activities.
Qualifications/Experience
  • At least 1 year's demonstratable experience of developing and delivering digital fundraising or marketing campaigns with demonstratable results.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms including email marketing.
  • Confidence using Google Analytics and CRM/DRM platforms such as Salesforce/ Raiser's Edge.
  • An understanding of design tools such as Canva and Adobe.
  • Proven experience of fundraising from trusts, foundations and sponsored events.
