Meet the Mortgage Sales Team

We’re a vibrant, fast-paced bunch made up of around 75 superstars across 6 teams, split into two key areas : Remortgage and Purchase. This setup means we can give our customers a mortgage journey that’s tailored to what they actually need - no one-size-fits-all approach here.

We move quickly, collaborate closely, and back each other all the way. Whether someone’s staying put or making a big move, we’re here to make mortgages feel a whole lot easier.

How we work?

We keep things flexible but structured to make sure we’re there when our customers need us. Our team works a mix of shifts each week :

• 1x 9am–5pm
• 1x 9am–6pm
• 2x 11am–8pm
• We also do 1 in 4 Saturdays, 10am–4pm (with time back in lieu)
• Our Purchase team do an extra late shift instead of a Saturday 1 in every 4 weeks!

Fridays - Our teams usually work a shorter day, with our Core team doing 10-4 and Purchase team doing 10.30-5.30 - this is set based on appointment volumes, so we can make the most of those in demand times.

We keep it fair, balanced, and always aim to work smarter... not longer.

We Hire great advisors, and then figure out which team is going to be the best fit for you later, once you are on the phones and we can see where your true strengths are - Please consider this when reviewing the shifts.

What will you be doing?

• Contact pre-qualified online fact find leads, that have been generated through our online mortgage journey and vetted by our ground-breaking mortgage score system.
• Provide expert advice on whole-of-market mortgage options to our customers, utilising Mojo's custom built in-house software. This entails assessing customers' applications and delivering high-quality recommendations.
• Take a proactive approach to keeping your customer fully informed throughout the process and manage your pipeline efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with our exceptional team of administrators and case managers to support our customers' mortgage DIPS and applications, including requesting and checking customer documents.
• Support the Mojo product team's continuous innovation of outstanding mortgage advice technology by actively testing new ideas and processes.

What do we need from you?

• You’ll have CeMap and at least 2 years whole of market experience
• Recent Experience with Residential purchase and preferably BTL mortgage advising (FTB, Portfolio landlords, Second homes)
• Organisation - we are busy, constantly and change happens a lot, so you’ll need to be organised, managing multiple cases at a time.
• You’ll provide a best-in-class customer experience, going over and above each time for your customers
• We are high performers so we are looking for performance-driven advisors that are accountable for the targets that’ll drive the business and the industry forward. You’ll have full access to your performance data to do this.
