A nonprofit legal service for trans communities seeks a Full-time Solicitor in Central London. This role involves building a high-quality legal service and supervising staff while ensuring compliance with legal standards. You will analyze cases, train volunteers, and foster relationships with partners in the legal field. Candidates must possess at least 3 years of PQE and demonstrate excellent communication and supervision skills. Salary is £50,000, with a hybrid work model available.

We are making rights usable in real time for trans communities. As our first full-time, in-house solicitor, you will build and lead our legal function, supervise our casework and set standards that change outcomes case by case and system by system.
Experience in legal aid, housing, discrimination, domestic abuse, public law or community care; background in clinics or advice settings; understanding of trans rights and the realities clients face.
