Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30am–5 : 15pm

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic with strong all-round abilities to join our busy VAG Group and All-Makes Service Department. You will be confident working across a variety of vehicles, diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and delivering high-quality servicing. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone looking to advance their automotive career.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs across multiple makes and models
• Perform diagnostics and fault-finding using modern tools and techniques
• Work on classic vehicles and modern VAG Group / multi-make models
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and high-quality service expectations
• Maintain accurate digital and paper service records
• Communicate effectively with the team and provide excellent customer service

About You

• 5+ years' experience in a busy workshop (preferred)
• Strong all-round mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance preferred
• Experience with VAG Group or multi-make vehicles advantageous
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Full UK driving licence
