Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Customer Service Advisor, providing comprehensive assistance across various customer inquiries. You will utilize our Customer Relationship Management system to access customer information, including scanned application forms and relevant documents. Your main responsibility will be to use this information and a repository of FAQs to ensure each customer inquiry receives top-notch support.

You will engage directly with customers via phone calls, written communications, or web chat, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Some accounts may involve handling sensitive and confidential information, requiring discretion and sensitivity, especially with potentially distressing content. Your commitment will be essential in ensuring our customers receive the support and care they deserve.

Note: This is a hybrid role based in Preston. You are required to be in the office 1-2 days a week. Training will be remote but may be office-based in Preston.
