Location: Bristol, BS34 - Start Date: January 5th - Hours: Full-time, 9:am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday - Contract: Temporary with the view to become permanent.
Axcis Education is delighted to be working with a vibrant Post-16 Further Education College in Bristol, who are seeking dedicated Learning Support Workers to join their team. This role involves supporting young adults aged 16–25 with a range of SEND needs, including autism, complex needs and communication difficulties. We are looking for candidates who have experience working with young adults or older learners with additional needs and who are passionate about promoting independence, confidence and positive educational outcomes in a college environment.
This position is ideal for anyone considering a future career in teaching, youth work, social care, or mental‑health support within Post-16 settings and offers valuable experience within the Further Education sector.
