About Tracer

Many scientific teams face two major challenges: the difficulty of debugging complex bioinformatics pipelines and the rising cost of running them at scale. Together, these problems slow the pace of research and drive up infrastructure spend, making breakthroughs in areas like drug development harder to achieve. Tracer is building an observability platform for high-performance computing that helps researchers and engineers both optimise costs and improve reliability, unlocking faster discovery across a market that spans life sciences, biotech, and beyond. Backed by $3M from top investors and based in London, we’re assembling a founding team to tackle this opportunity. Ready to make an impact?

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain full-stack applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and Rust
  • Develop backend services and integrations with Clickhouse and internal APIs
  • Contribute to real-time observability dashboards and advanced data visualizations
