Qualifications

• Understanding of asynchronous programming and real-time systems.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps (Docker, VPS/cloud deployment).

• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

• Structure projects cleanly, document features, and maintain high code quality.
• Join team and client calls during West Coast hours.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a strong Python background who can take end-to-end ownership of AI and automation projects.
This is a full-cycle role: you’ll develop backend systems, build simple front-end interfaces or Webflow-based tools, integrate APIs, and manage deployments for real U.S. clients.

You should be comfortable working across the stack — from backend logic to lightweight dashboards, from Webflow CMS to Dockerized deployment.
