The Events Co‑ordinator role is perfect for a passionate and proactive individual ready to be on the front lines of discovery and turn great food ideas into reality. You will provide essential support to the Operations team, focusing on the seamless execution of our bookings.
The Events Co‑ordinator will be instrumental in the planning, logistics, and on‑site delivery for our key pillars: Fuel Street (pop‑up residencies, parties, and pop‑ups), Fuel Delivered (premium corporate deliveries) and you will support the launch and establishment of the new Fuel Concierge pillar in 2026.
This role provides a fast‑paced environment that blends hands‑on operational delivery with crucial planning support. You’ll be actively helping to manage exciting, diverse food and beverage experiences and contributing to developing and driving what’s on offer to our corporate clients.
