Overview

Front Office Manager

Hotel full of personality is seeking an exceptional Front Office Manager to join the team. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £33,600 per annum plus incentives and the opportunity to lead with purpose and vision, driving standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

As the Front Office Manager, you will be the face & personality of the hotel, responsible for managing a high-performing team and ensuring our guests receive the exceptional service they deserve, 365 days a year.

  • Innovative and reactive to a range of situations.
  • Responsible for monitoring guest satisfaction and setting departmental targets and objectives.
Preferred Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a Front Office Manager or Reception Manager, with a proven track record of success or an Assistant Front Office Manager looking for the next step.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong commercial expertise and the ability to drive standards and improve performance.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and technology to streamline operations.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a range of shifts and days to meet the needs of our 24/7 operation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant hospitality or customer service qualifications.
  • Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
