In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

You will work closely with security and ministerial departments, organise VIP access, and support high-profile events, all while maintaining confidentiality and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare visitor passes and register all customers and visitors in line with security policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with ministerial departments and coordinate VIP access requirements.
  • Work closely with security teams to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Welcome and greet customers, visitors, and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer requests and enquiries.
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and assist with room bookings and set-up.
  • Support the onsite management team with high-profile events and workplace experience initiatives.
  • Capture client requirements for future visits and share feedback with the team to enhance service delivery.
