ISS Front of House Network Team Member

Location: Surrey, KT16 0RS
Hours of work: 45
Contract Type: Permanent

This role is INTERNAL ONLY and we are not accepting external applications at this time. External applicants' applications will not be considered.

We are seeking a Front of House Network Team Member to support client sites across the UK. The role involves delivering high-quality, client-facing service, representing ISS Head Office, and ensuring a seamless visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide a professional front-of-house service, including welcoming visitors, managing calls, emails, calendars, and access systems.
  2. Support meetings, training room bookings, AV setup, and catering to deliver excellent client and visitor experiences.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception, communal areas, and office supplies.
  4. Manage Helpdesk requests and oversee resolution of maintenance issues across sites.
  5. Assist with site operations, including manual handling, room setups, and relocations between Samsung sites as needed.
  6. Ensure compliance with client policies, ISS procedures, confidentiality, and Health & Safety standards.
  7. Act as a designated First Aider and Fire Warden to support a safe working environment.
