Qualifications

  • Previous front of house experience is preferable.
  • Experience providing administrative support in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Leicester Square and Holborn reception desks.
  • Assist guests with the Envoy visitor management system.
  • Perform various administrative duties including event booking and email communication.
  • Set Wi-Fi passwords daily and ensure smooth functioning of reception.
