Overview

QTS ideally; however unqualified teachers with 1 year UK teaching experience will be considered. French and Spanish. Full-time. Planning and marking.

Role

We are looking for a supply teacher that specializes in languages. The role will involve engaging all children, maintaining excellent behaviour management in and out of the classroom, teaching KS3 and KS4, and planning and marking lessons and students’ work.

Responsibilities

• Engage all children and keep them on task
• Maintain excellent behaviour management in and out of the classroom and around the school
• Teach KS3 and KS4
• Plan and mark lessons and students’ work

What the client is looking for

• A kind, approachable individual with excellent organisational skills, and assertiveness, and who must have QTS (or equivalent eligibility)
• Confidence teaching either or both French and Spanish
• A solid understanding of the UK curriculum with the ability to plan lessons
• Ideally hold a QTS, but PGCE, ECT, or unqualified teachers with UK teaching experience who can demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge will be considered
• A teacher with strong subject knowledge who can engage students and challenge them to perform their best in and out of the classroom
